Turniej Toscom Open rozgrywany jest zgodnie z „Regulaminem Ogólnym Turniejów PGA Polska” oraz z Hard Card
PGA Polska 2024 jak również Regułami Lokalnymi wydanymi przez Komitet Turnieju przed rozpoczęciem pierwszej
rundy turnieju.
Turniej odbywa się pod patronatem PZG i jest turniejem rankingowym Polskiego Związku Golfa.
Turniej Toscom Open zostanie rozegrany 24 września 2024 r. na polu Wrocław GC.
2. Uprawnieni do gry
a. Limit zawodników w turnieju ustalony jest na 120 graczy. Decyduje kolejność zgłoszeń, pod warunkiem
wniesienia opłaty wpisowej w terminie SIEDMIU DNI PRZED ROZPOCZĘCIEM TURNIEJU
b. Zawodowcy: Zgodnie z ustępem 2. Regulaminu Ogólnego Turniejów PGA Polska
c. Amatorzy: Do gry dopuszczeni będą gracze posiadający zarówno czynny jak i nieczynny HCP, którzy otrzymają
zgodę Dyrektora Turnieju. Gracze nie posiadający czynnego HCP nie będą uwzględnieni w klasyfikacji netto.
Maksymalny HCP dokładny graczy: 36,0. Komitet Turnieju zastrzega sobie prawo rozdania 10 „dzikich kart” osobom
z HCP dokładnym powyżej 36,0, osoby te będą liczone z HCP dokładnym 36.0.
3. Zgłoszenia i lista rezerwowa
a. Zgłoszenia przyjmowane są wyłącznie poprzez wypełnienie formularza rejestracyjnego i opłacenie udziału w
turnieju przelewem na konto podane na stronie internetowej www.pgapolska.com;
b. Ostateczny termin zgłoszeń i płatności: SIEDEM DNI PRZED ROZPOCZĘCIEM TURNIEJU;
c. Osoby, które zgłoszą się po terminie zawartym w regulaminie otrzymają możliwość gry po uzyskaniu zgody
Dyrektora Turnieju.
4. Start turnieju
a. Czas startu: od godziny 08:00
b. Osoby, które pomimo dokonania wpłaty nie zgłosiły się na start, będą pozbawione prawa startu w trzech
następnych turniejach organizowanych przez PGA Polska
c. W pierwszym dniu grupy startowe wyłonione zostaną na zasadzie losowania wśród graczy zawodowych, non
amatorów i amatorów z HCP dokładnym do 9,9, amatorzy oraz aplikanci i studenci z czynnym HCP dokładnym od
10,0 do 36,0 wg rosnących wartości HCP

7. Opłaty
Opłaty przyjmowane są na 7 dni przed rozpoczęciem turnieju na rachunek bankowy podany poniżej. Płatność po
wyznaczonym terminie wiąże się z opłatą podwyższoną o 50%. Członkowie PGA Polska z nieopłaconą składką
członkowską za sezon 2024 nie zostaną dopuszczeni do turnieju. W przypadku rezygnacji z turnieju po
opublikowaniu list startowych opłata turniejowa nie zostanie zwrócona.

Podział puli pieniężnej zostanie opublikowany na stronie www.pgapolska.com.
Nieodebranie nagrody przez amatora jest równoznaczne z jej utratą.
Zawodowcy mają obowiązek uczestniczyć w ceremonii rozdania nagród oraz podpisać listę obecności.
Niepodpisanie listy będzie skutkować niewypłaceniem nagrody pieniężnej.
9. Informacje
Wszelkie informacje dotyczące turnieju, takie jak skład Komitetu Turnieju, listy startowe, komunikaty Komitetu
Turnieju będą wywieszane na tablicy ogłoszeń w Centrum Turniejowym oraz na stronie internetowej
www.pgapolska.com
10. Remisy
Zawodowcy i amatorzy z HCP do 9,9:
a. W przypadku remisu o pierwsze miejsce wśród Pro i amatorów z HCP do 9,9 w klasyfikacji Strokeplay Brutto,
odbędzie się dogrywka w systemie "nagłej śmierci" zaraz po zakończeniu rundy zasadniczej. Dołki dogrywki zostaną
ogłoszone przez Komitet Turnieju przed jej rozpoczęciem.
b. W przypadku remisów na miejscu drugim i dalszych, zawodnicy będą klasyfikowani ex-aequo.
Amatorzy z HCP od 10,0 do 36,0:
W przypadku remisu o pierwsze, drugie i trzecie miejsce wśród Amatorów w klasyfikacji Stroke play Netto o zajęciu
wyższego miejsca zadecyduje zasada countback: lepsze ostatnie 9, 6, 3, 1 ostatniej rundy. W razie remisów omiejsca poza nagradzanymi będą przyznawane miejsca ex-aequo
Poprzez ostatnie 9 dołków rozumie się dołki 10-18 pola.
11. Punkty Rankingowe PZG
Punkty rankingowe PZG będą przyznawane zgodnie z Regulaminem Rankingu PZG 2024.
12. Dane osobowe
Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 RODO (Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27
kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie
swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie
danych) z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. (Dz. Urz. UE. L Nr 119), informujemy, że:

2. Dane osobowe Zawodników takie jak: imię, nazwisko, adres email, numer telefonu, podane w ramach
zgłoszenia uczestnictwa w Turnieju będą przetwarzane przez Organizatora w zakresie niezbędnym do
przeprowadzenia Turnieju, w tym w szczególności w celu realizacji procesu zgłoszenia i potwierdzenia udziału
Zawodnika w Turnieju, ogłoszenia wyników, rozdania nagród, rozpatrzenia ewentualnych reklamacji/roszczeń
zgłoszonych w związku z udziałem w Turnieju.
3. Jeśli Zawodnik wyrazi zgodę, jego dane osobowe, w zakresie o których mowa w pkt.1, będą również
przetwarzane przez Organizatora w celu przesyłania Zawodnikom informacji handlowych oraz informacji
handlowych partnerów Organizatora.
4. Każdy uczestnik Turnieju wyraża zgodę na wykonywanie zdjęć, bezpłatne użycie wizerunku w materiałach
filmowych, zdjęciowych i audiowizualnych przygotowanych przez Komitet Turnieju lub przez upoważniony
przez Komitet Turnieju podmiot. Zgoda na bezpłatne użycie wizerunku uczestnika Turnieju obejmuje
wielokrotne korzystanie z wizerunku uczestnika Turnieju w celach promocyjnych, marketingowych,
reklamowych oraz wydawniczych.
5. Dane osobowe uczestników Turnieju będą wykorzystywane zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w
rozporządzeniu RODO, polskimi przepisami przyjętymi w celu umożliwienia stosowania RODO, innymi
obowiązującymi przepisami prawa oraz niniejszym Regulaminem.
6. Administrator danych osobowych nie przekazuje danych do państwa trzeciego/organizacji międzynarodowej.
Dane osobowe uczestników nie będą podlegać zautomatyzowanemu przetwarzaniu, w tym profilowaniu.
7. Podstawę przetwarzania danych osobowych uczestników Turnieju stanowi art. 6 ust. 1 lit b) RODO – realizacja
umowy (akceptacja Regulaminu i zgłoszenie udziału w Turnieju stanowi zawarcie umowy) oraz art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a)
RODO – dobrowolna, jednoznaczna, świadoma i konkretna zgoda osoby, której dane dotyczą.
8. Uczestnicy Turnieju mają prawo dostępu do swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia,
ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia
zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na
podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. Wycofanie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania,
którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej wycofaniem.
9. Uczestnicy Turnieju mają prawo wniesienia skargi do Organu Nadzorczego, gdy Uczestnik uzna,
iż przetwarzanie jego danych osobowych narusza przepisy RODO.
10. Podanie danych osobowych oraz wyrażenie zgody na ich przetwarzanie jest dobrowolne, lecz ich niepodanie
lub brak zgody na ich przetwarzanie uniemożliwia udział w Turnieju. Dokonanie zgłoszenia jest jednoznaczne z
akceptacją zasad zawartych w Regulaminie imprezy oraz udzieleniem zgody na przetwarzanie danych
osobowych. W przypadku osoby niepełnoletniej zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych musi wyrazić
osoba sprawująca władzę rodzicielską lub opiekun prawny.
11. Przetwarzanie danych w związku z udziałem w Turnieju obejmuje w szczególności:
a. przypomnienie o wniesieniu opłaty za udział w turnieju drogą telefoniczną lub mailową
b. publikację na stronie internetowej Turnieju imienia i nazwiska uczestnika na liście startowej Turnieju wraz z
godzinami startów.
c. publikację na stronie internetowej Turnieju imienia i nazwiska uczestnika na liście wyników.

Komitet Turniejowy wyda reguły lokalne przed rozpoczęciem turnieju.
Turniej rozgrywany zgodnie z „Regulaminem Ogólnym Turniejów PGA Polska” i Hard Card PGA Polska 2024.
Turniej Pro_Am Toscom Open zostanie rozegrany w dniu 23 września 2024 r. na polu golfowym Wrocław GC.
2. Uprawnieni do gry
a. Zawodowcy:
i. Członkowie PGA Polska,
ii. Aplikanci PGA Polska
iii. Studenci PGA Polska
iiii. Osoby, które uzyskały zgodę Dyrektora Turnieju spełniając warunki Regulaminu Ogólnego Turniejów PGA
Polska
b. Amatorzy: do gry dopuszczeni są wszyscy gracze posiadający aktualny, czynny HCP i nie posiadający czynnego
lub aktualnego HCP. Osoby nieposiadające aktualnego, czynnego HPC będą grały z HCP 0. Maksymalny HCP gry
wynosi: 36.
3. Zgłoszenia do turnieju
Drużyny na ProAm należy zgłaszać mailowo, jednak mailowe zgłoszenie drużyny nie jest jednoznaczne z rejestracją
zawodnika. Każdy zawodnik ma obowiązek zarejestrować się indywidualnie poprzez stronę Golfbox. Zgłoszenia
przyjmowane są do 16 września 2024 r. wyłącznie poprzez wypełnienie formularza rejestracyjnego i opłacenie
udziału w turnieju przelewem na konto podane na stronie internetowej www.pgapolska.com.
Limit amatorów w turnieju ustalony jest na 60 graczy. Decyduje kolejność zgłoszeń, pod warunkiem wniesienia
opłaty wpisowej w terminie SIEDMIU DNI PRZED ROZPOCZĘCIEM TURNIEJU
4. Format turnieju
Drużyna w Pro-Amie składa się z minimum 2, a maksimum 3 amatorów i 1 PRO.
Turniej Pro-Am rozgrywany jest na osiemnastu dołkach w formacie better ball Stroke play netto. Do klasyfikacji liczy
się suma dwóch najlepszych wyników z każdego dołka.
Turniej zostanie rozegrany w formacie shotgun lub tee off w zależności od ilości graczy.
Aby wynik drużyny był brany pod uwagę należy oddać dwie scorecardy. Oddanie jednej scorecardy będzie
skutkowało dyskwalifikacją.

ii. mężczyźni: białe, długość pola 6326 m,
b. Amatorzy:

Amatorzy w Turnieju Pro-Am mogą rozegrać rundę z tee dla graczy zawodowych, mężczyźni - białe, kobiety - żółte.
Amator, który zdecyduje się grać z tee zawodowych musi zgłosić to do dyrektora turnieju przed rozpoczęciem gry.
Zmiana tee w trakcie rundy jest zabroniona.
6. Obowiązek gry w turnieju ProAm
Obecność podczas turnieju Pro-Am jest OBOWIĄZKOWA dla pierwszych 18 profesjonalnych graczy z listy PGA
Polska Order of Merit. Gracze, którzy nie mogą wziąć udziału w turnieju Pro-Am, nie zostaną dopuszczeni do
turnieju głównego, chyba że wezmą udział w turnieju wyższej kategorii w tym czasie (np. Challenge Tour, European
Tour, turnieje satelitarne itp.).
7. Opłaty
Opłaty przyjmowane są na 7 dni przed rozpoczęciem turnieju na rachunek bankowy podany poniżej. Płatność po
wyznaczonym terminie wiąże się z opłatą podwyższoną o 50%. Członkowie PGA Polska z nieopłaconą składką
członkowską za sezon 2024 nie zostaną dopuszczeni do turnieju. W przypadku rezygnacji z turnieju po
opublikowaniu list startowych opłata turniejowa nie zostanie zwrócona.

8. Nagrody
Podczas PRO-AM nagrodzeni zostają amatorzy z trzech najlepszych drużyn.
Nieodebranie nagrody przez amatora jest równoznaczne z jej utratą. Nagrody rzeczowe, które nie zostaną
odebrane podczas ceremonii rozdania nagród zostaną przekazane na kolejny turniej.
9. Remisy
W przypadku równych wyników decydujący będzie countback w następującej kolejności: lepsze wyniki na ostatnich
9, 6, 3, 1 dołkach. Przez „ostatnie 9 dołków” rozumie się dołki 10-18 pola.
10. Dane osobowe

1. The Tournament Committee

Head referee: Jolanta Makuch
The Tournament Committee will issue local rules before the start of the first round of the tournament. The
tournament is played in accordance with the "General Regulations of PGA Poland Tournaments" and with the
Hard Card 2024.
The tournament takes place under the patronage of Polish Golf Union and is a ranking tournament of the Polish
Golf Union.
Toscom Open will be played on 24 of August at Wrocław GC.
2. Eligible to play
a. The limit of players in the tournament is set to 120 players. The order of applications decides, provided that
the entry fee is paid within SEVEN DAYS BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT IS STARTED
b. Professionals: In accordance with paragraph 2 of the General Regulations of the PGA Poland Tournaments
c. Amateurs: Players with both active and inactive HCP, who received the approval of the Tournaments Director,
will be allowed to play. Players who do not have active handicaps will not be included in the net classification.
The maximum exact handicap of players: 36.0. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to distribute 10
"wild cards" to people with exact handicaps above 36.0, these players will be calculated from a Playing HCP of
36.0.
3. Applications and reserve list
a. Applications are accepted only by completing the registration form and paying for participation in the
tournament by bank transfer to the account provided on the website www.pgapolska.com;

4. Start the tournament

Professionals and amateurs with HCP to 9,9: 18 holes in the Gross Stroke play format
Amateurs with HCP 10,0-36,0: 18 holes in the Net Stroke Play format

the set date is associated with a 50% higher fee. PGA Polska members with an unpaid membership fee for the
2024 season will not be admitted to the tournament. In case of resignation from the tournament after the
publication of the start lists, the tournament fee will not be refunded.

The failure to collect the award on the prize giving ceremony by an amateur is tantamount to its loss.
Professionals are required to attend the award ceremony and sign the attendance list. Failure to sign the list will
result in non-payment of the cash prize.
9. Information
All information about the tournament, such as the composition of the Tournament Committee, start lists,
announcements of the Tournament Committee will be posted on the bulletin board in the Tournament Center
and on the website www.pgapolska.com
10. Draws
Pro and amateurs with HCP to 9,9:
a. In the case of a tie for the first place in Pro and amateurs with HCP to 9,9 in the classification of Gross Stroke
play, extra-time overtime will take place immediately after the main round. Overtime rings will be announced by
the Tournament Committee before it begins.
b. In the case of draws in the second and subsequent places, the competitors will be classified ex-aequo.
Amateur with HCP 10,0-36,0:
In case of a tie for the first, second and third place among Amateurs with HCP 10,0-36,0 in the classification of
Net Stroke play, the rule of taking a higher place will be determined by the countback rule: better 9, 6, 3, 1 lastround. In the event of draws for non-awarded places, ex-aequo places will be awarded. The last 9 holes are
understood as holes 10-18 of the field.
11. Ranking Points PZG
PZG ranking points will be awarded in accordance with the Polish Golf Union Ranking Regulations 2024.
12. Personal data
According to the polish law art. 13 para. 1 and par. 2 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation. Regulation of
the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with
regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 /
EC (general regulation on data protection) of April 27, 2016 (Journal of Laws of EU, No. 119), we would like to

2. Personal data of the Athletes, such as: name, email address, telephone number, provided as part of the
registration form will be processed by the Organizer to the extent necessary to conduct the Tournament, in
particular in order to complete the application process and confirm the Player's participation in Tournament,
announcement of results, distribution of prizes, consideration of possible complaints / claims made in connection
with participation in the Tournament.
3. If the Athlete agrees, his personal data, in the areas referred to in point 1, shall also be processed by the
Organizer in order to send the Athlete information and commercial information of the Organizer's partners.
4. Each participant of the Tournament agrees to take photographs, free use of the image in the film, photo and
audiovisual materials prepared by the Tournament Committee or by an entity authorized by the Tournament
Committee. Consent to the free use of the tournament participant's image includes multiple use of the
tournament participant's image for promotional, marketing, advertising and publishing purposes.
5. The personal data of the Tournament participants will be used in accordance with the conditions set out in the
GDPR Regulation, Polish regulations adopted in order to enable the application of the GDPR, other applicable
laws and these Regulations.
6. The controller of personal data does not transmit data to a third country / international organization. Personal
data of participants will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
7. The basis for the processing of personal data of the Tournament participants is art. 6 par. 1 letter b) GDPR -
performance of the contract (acceptance of the Regulations and registration of participation in the Tournament
constitutes the conclusion of the contract) and art. 6 par. 1 lit. a) GDPR - voluntary, unambiguous, informed and
specific consent of the data subject.
8. Tournament participants have the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete, limit the
processing, the right to data transfer, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time
without affecting the legality of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent
before its withdrawal.
9. Participants of the Tournament have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Body when the
Participant considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
10. Providing personal data and consenting to their processing is voluntary, but their failure or lack of consent to
their processing prevents participation in the Tournament. Making a notification is tantamount to accepting the
rules contained in the Regulations of the event and giving consent to the processing of personal data. In the case
of a minor, consent to the processing of personal data must be expressed by the person having parental
authority or legal guardian.
11. The processing of data in connection with participation in the Tournament includes in particular:
a. reminder about paying a fee for participation in the tournament by phone or email
b. the publication on the website of the Tournament of the name and surname of the participant on the
tournament start list along with the start times
c. the publication on the website of the Tournament of the name and surname on the tournament score list.

PRO-AM Toscom Open 23 August 2024
1. The Tournament Committee

The Tournament Committee will issue local rules before the start of the tournament. The tournament is played
in accordance with the "General Regulations of PGA Poland Tournaments" and Hard Card PGA Poland.
Pro-Am Toscom Open will be played on 23 August 2024 on the golf course Wrocław GC.
2. Eligible to play
a. Professionals:
i. Members of PGA Poland,
ii. PGA Polska applicants
iii. PGA Poland students
iv. Persons who obtained the permission of the Tournament Director meeting the conditions of the PGA Poland
General Tournament Regulations
b. Amateurs: all players with valid, active HCP and not having active or current handicap are admitted to the
game. Those who do not have a valid, active HPC will play with HCP 0. The maximum playing handicap is: 36.
3. Entries for the tournament
Teams on ProAm should be notified by e-mail, however, the team's e-mail notification is not synonymous with
the registration of the player. Each player is required to register individually via the Golfbox website.
Applications are accepted until August 16, 2024 only by filling out the registration form and paying for
participation in the tournament by bank transfer to the account provided on the website www.pgapolska.com.
The limit of amateurs in the tournament is set to 60 players. The order of applications decides, provided that
the entry fee is paid within SEVEN DAYS BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT IS STARTED
4. Tournament format
The team at Pro-Amie consists of a minimum of 2, and a maximum of 3 amateurs and 1 PRO. The Pro-Am
tournament is played on eighteen holes in the better ball stroke play net format. The sum of the two best
results from each hole counts for the classification. Tournament starts on the shotgun or tee off.
Each team must give back two scorecards. Otherwise, the result will not be counted and the team will be
disqualified.
5. Tee

b. Amateurs:i. Women and juniors up to the age of 12: red, 5114 m, taking into account the length changes allowed by the

Amateurs in the Pro-Am Tournament can play a round of tee for professional players, men - white, women -
yellow. An amateur who decides to play with a professional tee must report it to the tournament director
before the game starts. Changing the tee during the round is forbidden.
6. Obligation to play in the Pro-Am tournament
Presence during the Pro-Am tournament is OBLIGATORY for the first 18 professional players from the PGA
Polska Order of Merit list. Players who cannot participate in the Pro-Am tournament will not be admitted to the
main event unless they take part in a higher category tournament at this time (eg Challenge Tour, European
Tour and satellite tournaments etc.).
7. Fees
